About James
James advises on the Cultural and Creative Sector with an emphasis on Cultural Planning, Policy and strategic development.
James has worked and provided advice for: Culture Action Europe, The Royal Commission for AlUla, Saudi Arabia, The European Union Delegation to Guinea Bissau, City Councils in Dublin and London, The National Outdoor Event Association UK, The Health and Safety Executive UK, the Dublin bid for European Capital of Culture 2020 and Cultural Quarter and on cultural projects for other cities governments and municipal authorities.
James has published works and consulted on the cultural and creative sector, cultural sustainability, cultural development, the creative city, tourism and culture innovation and the economy.

About Biljana
Biljan is currently a PhD candidate at University of Reims Champagne – Ardeen. She is a cultural researcher, editor, writer and consultant. She graduated from the University of Novi Sad. She also has a degree in European Diploma in Cultural Project Management (Marcel Hicter Foundation), Brussels (supported by UNESCO and the European Commission).
Biljana is responsible for creative industries at the Institute of culture Vojvodina. Also, she is engaged in projects for the Museum of Contemporary Art and Institute of Culture,Vojvodina. Her work has been published in Barcelona, the United Kingdom, France and Serbia. She is member of Agenda 21 for culture and was a part of the project European Expert Network on Culture (EENC) for the last two years. The EENC is an initiative of the European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture. The project comprises a group of high-level experts in the field of cultural policy who provide reports and studies. Her work is primarily dedicated towards the research and development of cultural policies and contemporary management in cooperation with local authorities.
