_{About Biljana}

_{Biljan is currently a PhD candidate at University of Reims Champagne – Ardeen. She is a cultural researcher, editor, writer and consultant. She graduated from the University of Novi Sad. She also has a degree in European Diploma in Cultural Project Management (Marcel Hicter Foundation), Brussels (supported by UNESCO and the European Commission).}

_{Biljana is responsible for creative industries at the Institute of culture Vojvodina. Also, she is engaged in projects for the Museum of Contemporary Art and Institute of Culture,Vojvodina. Her work has been published in Barcelona, the United Kingdom, France and Serbia. She is member of Agenda 21 for culture and was a part of the project European Expert Network on Culture (EENC) for the last two years. The EENC is an initiative of the European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture. The project comprises a group of high-level experts in the field of cultural policy who provide reports and studies. Her work is primarily dedicated towards the research and development of cultural policies and contemporary management in cooperation with local authorities.}
