Ekaterina Khramkova – the Founding Director of design strategy and innovation consultancy Lumiknows. Jordi Martí Grau – Member of the City Council of Barcelona former Councillor for Culture in Barcelona City Council & President of the Cultural Committee of United Cities and Local Governments. Previously he was deputy director at the Centre for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona.
Blaž Peršin Director of the City Museum of Ljubljana & member of the board of the International Committee for the Collections and Activities of Museums of Cities.
Jordi Pascual – Coordinator of the Committee on Culture of United Cities and Local Governments in Barcelona. He was a member of the European jury for the European Capital of Culture in 2010, 2011 and 2013. He is Professor of Cultural Management and Policies at the Open University of Catalonia.

Sunčica Milosavljević (PhD) -Theatre director with international experience in devised and applied theatre, interdisciplinary research and
cultural management. Laureate of the UNESCO Aschberg fund for residency at the Darpana Academy of Performing Arts, India
Dr Fabrice Thuridot – Doctor in Public Law (PhD on ‘Cultural decentralisation and the planning of territories’ & lecturer in public law and political science on two Master’s programmes, teaching French and European cultural policies at the Universities of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and Angers
Jean-Michel Tobelem – Director of Option Culture (Studies and Research Institute). Lavoisier Fellowship from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mick Wilson (BA, MA, MSc, PhD) – Artist, writer & educator. Director of the Valand Academy in Sweden. Founder Dean of GradCAM (2008–2012). Formerly Head of Research at NCAD
Hasan Bakhshi – leads Nesta’s creative and digital economy policy and research. Prior to Nesta, Hasan worked as Executive Director and Senior International Economist at Lehman Brothers, and as Deputy Chief Economist at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Dr Tara Byrne – Freelance arts and cultural manager and researcher based in Dublin. Recently she has worked on a digital humanities project with National University of Ireland (NUI) Maynooth, a comparative research project with the Arts Council of Ireland
Anne Gombault – Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Management at KEDGE Business School, where she heads the creative industries, culture and sport cluster, and is also the Arts, Culture and Management in Europe (ACME) Chair.
Tim van der Grinten – Architect, ecological designer & Founder of MoodBuilders, two time winner of the “Wood Challenge award”, Dutch Design Week 2012.
Dr Daniel Jewesbury – Artist, writer, editor, lecturer and organizer of arts events & lectures in Film Studies at the University of Ulster.

Hugh McElveen – Educator, cultural researcher and visual sociologist. Previously he was the head of a Liberal Studies department in the Middle East where he lectured in Critical Thinking and Sustainability. Prior to thathe was the Lecturer of Digital and Evolving Technologies on a BA Photography program at The Dunlaoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology
Dr Marisa Ronan – EMEA Learning and Development Program Manager at Microsoft. A former academic, Marisa has over 15 years Learning and Development experience with a keen interest in interdisciplinary team approaches that promote diversity and inclusion, creative problem solving, leadership and innovation.
Sarah Tuck – Arts and cultural practitioner. Previously Director of Create, the National Development Agency for Collaborative Arts, based in Dublin, Director of City Arts in Dublin, & Director of Communications and Development at the London International Festival of Theatre/LIFT.
Niță Frățilă (PhD) is an ethnomusicologist, Professor at the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad. Member of the European Seminar in Ethnomusicology and of the International Council of Traditional Music.
Tatjana Pivac (PhD) – Associate Professor in 2014, in the field of Tourism. Teaching at all levels of study at the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Faculty of Sciences, Novi Sad. Doctoral teaching includes: Contemporary Forms of Tourism and Organization of Leisure and Events.
Milina Sklabinská (PhD) – Office for Slovaks in the Diaspora and involved in the presentation and development of the culture of Slovaks abroad. Former Director of the Institute for the Culture of Vojvodina Slovaks
Violeta Petković – Advisor for professional development and promotion, Pedagogical Institute of Vojvodina, Novi Sad. Claire Grellier _ Doctoral student in management working on innovative entrepreneurs in creative tourism. She has been associated with the research centre for Creative Industries Culture of KEDGE Business School since 2012.
Jordi Tresserras (PhD) – Academic coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Cultural Tourism and the Postgraduate Course in Cooperation and International Cultural Management at Universität de Barcelona. Assistant Professor of Cultural Tourism in the Center for Latin American and the Caribbean Studies at New York University (2001). In the same year, he was a founder and delegate member for the UNESCO Chair/UNITWINUNESCO Network “Culture, Tourism, Development”
Penelope Kenny – Executive Director of Arts Governance. She is a chartered accountant and non-executive director and currently sits on two state boards where she is also chair of finance, audit and risk committees
Priyatej Kotipalli – Cultural Economist at Erasmus University, The Netherlands, as a PhD Scholar. Program Director at the Centre for Research in Arts and Economics (CREARE) previously consulted for the World Bank and currently is the member of the International Scientific Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage
Elisabetta Lazzaro (PhD) – Professor of Creative Economy at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht. She has formerly been professor at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, USA, and at Padua University, Italy.

Pau Rausell Köster (PhD) – Lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics at the Universitat de València. Since 1995, he has been Director of the Research Unit for the Economics of Culture (Econcult)
Darko Reba (PhD) – Formerly Associate Professor, teaching courses in Urban Design in bachelor, master and doctoral degree programmes at the Department of Architecture an Urbanism. Currently works for Gardi, an architectural design firm.
David Smith – Founder of Micromedia, an advertising company specializing in the promotion of music, culture and the arts through print media. He also founded and curated Kings of Concrete, an urban sports and arts festival that ran for seven years
Sara Terzić – International consultant, with broad experience in cultural tourism development, heritage management and international cultural cooperation projects evaluation expert for the Council of Europe, European Institute of Cultural Routes, evaluating applications for the Cultural Route of the Council of Europe certification
